About the Role  

Solid Base Construction & Development is expanding its team and looking for a confident, well?presented, and results?driven Female Sales & Public Relations Executive to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships within Qatar’s construction industry.

If you are Arabic & English?speaking, professionally confident, and experienced in dealing with consultants, developers, and clients, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholders

Present company offerings and negotiate contracts

Manage public relations activities and enhance visibility

Prepare proposals and presentations

Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

Coordinate with internal teams for client satisfaction

Provide market feedback and competitor analysis

Maintain accurate records of sales and PR activities

Support marketing and promotional initiatives

Requirements

Female candidates – Arabic & English preferred

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/public relations within construction

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Presentable and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and in a team

Valid Qatar driving license preferred

Knowledge of Qatar’s construction market is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
