We're looking for driven real estate consultants to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties throughout Qatar. You'll manage the full client journey and build a strong network in Qatar's growing property market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals
- Conduct property viewings and provide market insights
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Stay current on Qatar real estate regulations (RERA/Ministry of Justice)
- Prepare listing agreements, contracts, and related documentation
- Build relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
- Meet or exceed monthly sales/rental targets
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in real estate sales/leasing (Qatar market experience preferred)
- Valid Qatar driving license
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of Qatar's property laws and rental regulations
- Valid QID
