HR - TRAINING & EVALUATION ADMINISTRATOR

Hospitality Background Required

A prestigious VVIP Palace in Qatar is seeking a highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented Training & Evaluation Administrator to support the development, training, and performance evaluation of its hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programs for Palace hospitality staff.
• Maintain confidential and accurate training and employee records.
• Organize training schedules, assessments, evaluations, and competency checks.
• Monitor employee performance against established luxury hospitality standards.
• Prepare training reports, evaluation summaries, and performance documentation.
• Coordinate with trainers, department heads, and management.
• Support continuous improvement in service quality and guest experience.
• Ensure training reflects VVIP hospitality, etiquette, grooming, and service excellence standards.

Requirements

• Hospitality background is essential.
• Previous experience in training administration, learning & development, or hospitality operations.
• Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, private residences, VIP/VVIP service, or Palace environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards, service etiquette, and professional grooming.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
