• Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proficient in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create innovative and functional interior designs that meet client needs.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for fitout projects.
• Site and Office Coordination:
• Collaborate with contractors and site teams to ensure design implementation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Present design concepts and modifications to clients for approval.
• Project Management:
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure quality control throughout the design and construction phases.
