Hiring: Sales Supervisor – HoReCa / Food Services | Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team and drive sales growth across the HoReCa and Food Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and food-service clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Conduct regular customer visits and negotiate commercial agreements.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements
* Experience in HoReCa, Food Services, FMCG, or related industries.
* Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team-lead role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Target-driven with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
