Job Vacancy: Mandoob (PRO) / Administrative Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Mandoob (PRO) / Administrative Supervisor to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Qatar.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a big plus.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
• Flexible to work occasionally after 8:00 PM, when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all Mandoob / PRO-related duties and government transactions.
• Assist in supervising daily office operations.
• Coordinate and follow up on company-related government procedures and documentation.
• Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary:
