WE’RE HIRING – HEAD BARISTA

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the barista team and daily coffee operations
• Prepare high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain and calibrate coffee machines and grinders
• Train and coach baristas on brewing techniques, latte art, and service standards
• Monitor coffee beans, milk, supplies, and inventory levels
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Support new beverage development and seasonal menu creation
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Barista / Senior Barista
• Strong expertise in specialty coffee, espresso extraction, brewing methods, and latte art
• Good leadership and team-training skills
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and grinder calibration
• Barista training or professional certification is an advantage
• Candidates locally available in Qatar are preferred
