Hiring – Experienced Saj, Manakish & Fatayer Chef

We are looking for an experienced Saj, Manakish & Fatayer Chef with strong hands-on expertise, particularly in Saj preparation and production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in Saj, Manakish and Fatayer
  • Good knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques
  • Ability to maintain consistent quality, taste and presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Immediate availability is preferred
