Review project drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements.

Prepare and review HVAC design layouts, shop drawings, and technical submissions.

Assist with HVAC load calculations and selection of suitable HVAC equipment.

Prepare ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, and ventilation layouts.

Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural, and other MEP services.

Supervise and monitor HVAC installation works at site.

Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable standards.

Coordinate the installation of AHUs, FCUs, package units, split AC units, ventilation fans, pumps, ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, dampers, and related HVAC equipment.

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper quality and workmanship.

Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site availability.

Prepare and submit material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, inspection requests, and technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.

Identify site problems, technical issues, and coordination clashes and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate HVAC testing, commissioning, air balancing, water balancing, pressure testing, and duct leakage testing.

Monitor system performance and ensure HVAC equipment operates according to the design requirements.

Prepare and close snagging and de-snagging works.

Prepare and coordinate as-built drawings, testing & commissioning reports, warranties, O&M manuals, and other handover documents.

Coordinate final inspections and obtain consultant/client approval for project handover.

Assist in providing training to clients/operators regarding HVAC system operation and maintenance.

Attend project meetings and provide technical and progress updates.

Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and safe working practices.

Support the Project Manager/Senior Engineer in achieving project quality, cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
