We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our growing Food & Beverage Group in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, guest experience, cost control, and multi-outlet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets

• Lead and develop restaurant management teams

• Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction

• Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, and operational performance

• Implement and maintain company SOPs and operational standards

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Kitchen, and other departments

• Drive business performance and achieve operational targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Area Manager / F&B Manager

• Strong background in restaurant or hospitality operations

• Experience managing multiple outlets is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of F&B financial and operational KPIs

• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
