About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Steward to join our fine dining kitchen team. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment care to support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Deep-clean kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and storage areas daily
• Ensure glassware, silverware, and crockery are spotless and properly stored (fine dining standard)
• Manage kitchen waste disposal in line with hygiene regulations
• Organize and store cleaned equipment and supplies correctly
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required
• Maintain HACCP/food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support kitchen staff during peak service hours

Requirements

• Previous stewarding experience, preferably in a fine dining or 4–5 star hotel/restaurant environment
• Must currently be residing in Qatar (locally available candidates only)
• Able to join immediately
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable/NOC visa status (if applicable)
