We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Camp In-Charge to supervise and manage our female staff accommodation and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all female staff in the camp.
- Prepare and maintain the daily duty roster.
- Prepare and maintain monthly attendance records.
- Conduct staff training and daily briefings.
- Monitor staff discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and general conduct.
- Coordinate and control all camp-related activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle staff concerns and coordinate with the HR and Operations Departments.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and client requirements are properly followed.
- Maintain proper records and reports related to staff and camp activities.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience as a Camp In-Charge / Camp Supervisor / Female Supervisor is preferred.
- Strong experience in Soft Services and Hospitality.
- Good knowledge of staff supervision, housekeeping, and accommodation management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage staff, resolve issues, and maintain discipline.
- Qatar experience is preferred.
