We are looking for a responsible and qualified Safety Officer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment at the project site, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and applicable health and safety regulations.

The candidate should have practical experience, good knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to identify and control workplace hazards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices by all employees.
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain safety records and reports.
• Report incidents/unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction or MEP projects.
• Must hold a valid Safety/HSE-related certificate.
• Valid Qatar Driving Licence will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and monitor site activities effectively.
