If you’re confident communicating in Arabic and English, have solid Call Centre experience, and know how to turn every customer interaction into a positive experience, we’d like to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of Call Centre experience
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Qatar
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good problem-solving and active-listening abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
