First Line Auto Service is seeking an experienced and highly organized Foreman / Garage Supervisor to oversee our daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our customers, the mechanics, and the administrative team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality repair standards, and delivering excellent customer service from vehicle intake to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Service Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients. Understand their vehicle issues, provide clear explanations of required repairs, and keep them updated on service progress.

Workflow & Team Supervision: Create accurate and detailed job cards upon vehicle intake. Efficiently allocate tasks to mechanics and technicians based on their expertise, and actively supervise the workshop floor to ensure all work is completed safely and on schedule.

Administrative & Financial Support: Assist the accounting and administrative team with preparing accurate final invoices. Generate and track service and parts quotations, and ensure all billing information is handed over correctly. Basic familiarity with accounting or inventory software (such as TallyPrime) is highly preferred.

Inventory & Stock Control: Regularly check and maintain the workshop’s spare parts and consumables inventory. Anticipate stock shortages and request orders in a timely manner to prevent service delays.

Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections on all completed vehicles to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards before returning the keys to the customer.

Workshop Maintenance: Ensure the garage floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with standard safety regulations.

equirements & Qualifications

Must be Arabic speaking.

Proven experience working as a Garage Foreman, Service Advisor, or Workshop Supervisor, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.

Strong technical background in automotive repair and maintenance.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Valid Qatar ID (QID) with NOC available for immediate transfer.

A valid Qatar driving license is a strong advantage.
