We are looking for an experienced CAFM Helpdesk professional to join our Facility Management team in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a CAFM Helpdesk role is mandatory.
Prior experience with a Facility Management company in Qatar is mandatory.
Good knowledge of CAFM systems, work orders, service requests, and complaint management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and clients.
Immediate joining will be preferred.
