Job Title: Senior Service Engineer – AWP / MEWP

Location: Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

? Proven experience with Aerial Work Platforms (#AWP), Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (#MEWP) including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts, Forklifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts.

? Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a related industry.

? Ability to plan and perform Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on both in-house and on-site equipment fleets.

? Practical experience working with brands like Haulotte, Komatsu, JLG, Genie, Palazzani, Bobcat and other similar equipment manufacturers.

? Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hydraulic, mechanical and electrical system faults.

? Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

? Provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to technicians on the floor.

? Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams and engineering drawings to guide repairs.

? Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

? Liaise with customers professionally, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.

? Valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer in a similar technical role, with strong knowledge of MEWPs and their components.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant technical field.

- Strong technical expertise in hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with customers and internal teams.

- Effective communication and reporting abilities.

- Team oriented with a proactive work approach.
