HR Operations Manager | Qatar

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

·  Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role

·  Strong experience in the construction industry is a MUST

·  GCC experience is highly preferred

·  Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws

· Experience handling large, multicultural workforces

· Proven experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, and HR compliance

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee daily HR operations across the organization

· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

· Lead employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

· Support manpower planning and workforce management initiatives

· Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR reporting

· Partner with business leaders to address HR-related needs and improve organizational effectiveness

· Drive HR process improvements and best practices
