Ready to lead the team that keeps service delivery running? Manforce Group is hiring an Operations In-Charge to take charge of day-to-day BPO operations.
Your day will look like this:
? Leading coordinators, supervisors, and field teams
? Planning manpower, duty schedules, and staff replacements
? Working directly with clients and handling escalations
? Visiting sites, tracking performance, and sharing reports with management
You're a great fit if you have:
? 3-5 years in operations management (BPO, manpower supply, or facilities management)
? Proven experience managing manpower and field operations
? Strong leadership and client-handling skills
? Good Excel and Word skills
? A valid Qatar driving license
? A steady approach under pressure
