The Golden Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our growing team in Qatar.

We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer-focused receptionist who is passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming luxury salon experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients warmly and provide professional front-desk service.

- Answer phone calls, respond to messages and manage client inquiries.

- Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments efficiently.

- Manage the salon calendar and coordinate appointments with hairdressers and beauty specialists.

- Explain salon services, prices, packages and promotions to clients.

- Process payments, issue receipts and manage daily cash or card transactions accurately.

- Maintain accurate client records and update booking information.

- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, services and feedback.

- Handle client requests, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.

- Support daily salon operations and assist the team when required.

- Promote salon services, products, memberships and special offers.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism and customer service.

- Create a positive and luxurious experience for every client.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a salon, spa, beauty clinic or luxury hospitality environment.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Professional appearance, positive attitude and welcoming personality.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy salon environment.

- Good computer skills and experience with booking or point-of-sale systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling appointments and payments.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
