Elegant Steel International . is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator cum HR to join our team in Doha. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily sales activities as well as handling basic HR and administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.

Receive and follow up on customer enquiries and RFQs.

Prepare quotations, sales documents and related correspondence.

Follow up on quotations and deliveries.

Coordinate with customers, production, procurement and delivery teams.

Maintain customer records and sales documentation.

Follow up with existing and potential customers.

Assist with sales reports and sales records.

Coordinate customer meetings and site visits.

HR & Administration:

Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Prepare and maintain employee files and related documents.

Coordinate employee joining formalities and documentation.

Assist with attendance, leave and other HR-related records.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR requirements.

Assist with visa, medical, QVC and other employee-related documentation when required.

Support general office administration and daily HR activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, HR/Admin, or a similar position.

Experience in Qatar is preferred.

Experience in steel fabrication, construction, kitchen equipment or related industries is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Good communication and customer follow-up skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle both sales and HR responsibilities.

Good command of English.

Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Valid Qatar ID is preferred.
