We are hiring:
Position: HSE Officer.
Type: Full-Time Working
Hours: As per company schedule
Salary : Depend of the position.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced employee to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements and permit requirements.
-Conduct inspections, toolbox talks, audits and safety briefings.
-Monitor PPE, work-at-height, electrical, confined-space and hot-work controls.
-Investigate incidents and near misses and track corrective actions.
-Maintain HSE records and support emergency drills and preparedness.
Escalate or stop unsafe work where an immediate serious risk exists.
HSE, Quality & Compliance
-Comply with company HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements and client/site rules.
-Use required PPE and ensure tools, equipment and work areas are safe before work starts.
-Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects and environmental concerns promptly.
-Maintain housekeeping and protect client property, equipment and occupied areas.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant HSE qualification/certification; 3+ years’ FM/construction/maintenance HSE experience; NEBOSH/IOSH desirable.
Core Competencies
Technical competence, troubleshooting, teamwork, discipline, communication, quality awareness and safety consciousness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Inspection completion, corrective-action closure, incident/near-miss reporting, toolbox-talk completion and HSE compliance.
