We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and results-driven Female Marketing & Business Growth Executive to take an active role in growing our brand visibility, customer base and sales in Qatar.

This is NOT just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn marketing into real customers, sales and business growth.

YOUR KEY OBJECTIVES

• Increase sales
• Acquire new customers
• Strengthen brand visibility
• Grow social media & digital presence
• Generate quality leads
• Build partnerships & collaborations
• Develop new marketing opportunities
• Expand our customer base in Qatar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing & sales growth strategies
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
• Create high-quality Reels, videos and promotional campaigns
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Develop customer acquisition campaigns
• Identify new customer segments and market opportunities
• Build relationships with influencers and potential business partners
• Plan promotions, launches and special campaigns
• Research Qatar's abaya/fashion market and competitors
• Monitor leads, customer growth and sales performance
• Prepare marketing performance reports
• Work closely with the sales team
• Continuously introduce new ideas to increase revenue and customer reach

? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
Proven ability to generate customers and increase sales
Strong digital & social media marketing knowledge
Abaya / Fashion / Luxury Retail experience preferred
Good knowledge of the Qatar market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, energetic and target-oriented
Strong customer relationship & negotiation skills
Professional appearance and personality
Valid Qatar QID
Transferable visa/sponsorship status
Qatar Driving License preferred
Arabic & English is an advantage
