Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of HR Operations experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling a large blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Excel, and HR reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM preferably
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Available in Qatar with transferable QID preferred.
