We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Job Summary

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the showroom, including sales performance, customer service, inventory control, merchandising, team management, and daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience in a supermarket or hypermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve business results.
• Ensure effective merchandising, product availability, pricing, and display standards.
• Maintain proper inventory control and minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of retail management experience in a supermarket or hypermarket.
• Proven experience in showroom/store management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, inventory control, and merchandising.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Transferable Visa / Transfer ID is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
