Job Title: Sales Admin & Receptionist

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Sales Admin & Receptionist to join our team in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service and Administration in Qatar.
• Experience in a security services organization will be highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of sales, customer relationship management, market research and business development.
• Ability to handle field visits, cold calls, networking, sales presentations and customer follow-ups.
• Experience in preparing sales reports, quotations, contracts, forecasts and maintaining customer records.
• Responsible for reception, visitor management, telephone handling, scheduling, filing and general administrative support.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Presentable, organized, self-motivated and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and support the company in achieving sales targets.
