Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Beautician / Hair Stylist to join our team at Style and Care Salon and Massage. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hair styling and hair care, along with practical experience in general beauty treatments and salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hair Styling and Hair Care

Perform haircuts, trimming, blow-drying, and professional hair styling.

Provide hair coloring, highlights, root touch-ups, and other hair treatments.

Perform hair straightening, smoothing, curling, and other styling services as qualified.

Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care treatments based on clients’ preferences and hair types.

Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.

2. General Beauty Services

Provide basic beauty treatments, including threading, waxing, facials, and eyebrow shaping, according to training and qualifications.

Perform manicure and pedicure services if required and qualified.

Assist clients with suitable beauty and personal care recommendations.

3. Customer Service

Welcome clients professionally and understand their requirements.

Provide personalized beauty and hair styling services.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service.

4. Salon Operations and Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon, workstations, tools, and equipment.

Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Handle salon products and equipment responsibly.

Assist with appointment management and daily salon activities.

Maintain professional conduct and teamwork at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician / Hair Stylist in a salon.

Strong practical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments.

Knowledge of general beauty services is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage client requirements.

Relevant beauty or hairdressing certification is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be creative, confident, customer-oriented, and passionate about hair styling and beauty services. Candidates with experience in Qatar or the GCC salon industry will be preferred.
