After completion of all erection joints, Nozzles, Manholes etc. Bullet releases for hydro-test. Inspection as per given design, drawing and joint design. Ensuring the welding is performed as per approved WPS with qualified welders. Performing fit-up inspection (misalignment, groove angle, root Opening, preheat requirements etc.) & final inspection of weld joints.

Performing inspection activities as per QC procedures.

Familiar about , Alloy steel, CS, LTCS & MS based materials and electrodes

Supervising & inspecting the field engineering activities in construction, Fabrication, welding works as per approved WPS, Hydro tests, Reinstatement.

Review of isometric Drawings P & ID

Familiar with base materials and consumable welding materials conform to the specifications

Following up the priority joints for required NDT as per procedure issued by client. Verification and documentation of Test & quality plans.

Responsible for preparing the test packages.

Preparing & maintaining the drawing and documents

Preparing the documents for the QC activities. Final Completion and compilation of QC document
