Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
Monitor daily routes, customer visits, market coverage, and product availability
Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor stock, returns, expiry, merchandising, and customer collections
Identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & performance reports for Management
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, including team supervision, in Qatar
Good knowledge of the Qatar FMCG market
Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented with good Excel and reporting skills
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
