We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, improving efficiency and identifying new business opportunities to achieve the company's goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations, branches, warehouses and service centers.
Manage sales, procurement, inventory, logistics and administration.
Develop business strategies to increase sales, profitability and market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and business partners.
Monitor budgets, operational costs, KPIs and branch performance.
Identify new business opportunities, product lines and market expansion.
Lead department heads and ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor employment and ensure efficient workforce management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Operations & Business Development).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in HVAC, spare parts trading, or technical services is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of sales, procurement, inventory and financial management.
Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
