We are a well-known independent automotive group based in Qatar, experienced Auto Parts Manager to join our existing team.

A motivated, professional who can develop new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and generate sales through an established network within the automotive and insurance sectors.

Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales and management.

Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and the local market

Experience in wholesale and retail spare parts markets.

Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and supplier management.

In-depth knowledge of Chinese automotive brands, models, generations, engine configurations, and regional specifications.

Computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems.

Proficiency in VIN decoding, OEM part numbers, EPC systems, and manufacturer databases.

Skilled in cross-referencing part numbers, verifying interchangeability, and identifying compatible alternative parts.

Solid understanding of automotive systems and familiarity with Genuine, OEM, Aftermarket, and remanufactured parts; capable of quality assessment and troubleshooting.

Adept at resolving complex parts-related issues, preventing ordering errors, and providing training to sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.

Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory

Fluent in English and Arabic

Able to demonstrate strong management skills

Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

Established contacts with garages, workshops, insurance companies, and related automotive businesses will be an advantage
