Diganto Express Contracting & Hospitality is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the company’s overall operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
Plan and manage workforce deployment for client projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and partners
Manage budgets, cost control and company performance targets
Ensure compliance with Qatar labour laws and company policies
Lead, mentor and develop the management team
Report regularly to ownership on business growth and results
Requirements
8–10 years of management experience, ideally at GM or senior operations level
Background in contracting, construction services or manpower
Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and labour regulations
Proven leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Valid Qatar driving license preferred
Locally available in Qatar
