We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing, financial reporting and management dashboards.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow, working capital and treasury requirements, including LC, OFCL, STRC and related banking facilities.
• Manage revenue computation, project accounting, WBS and monthly client invoicing.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Oversee Accounts receivable, Accounts payables, fixed assets, debt, banking and day-to-day finance operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and Group reporting.
• Coordinate ICV audits and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Qatar requirements and Group policies.
• Drive improvements in financial controls, processes and ERP reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, IFRS and MS Office/Excel.
• Qatar/GCC experience and knowledge of ICV requirements will be an advantage.
