Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our client's team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement within the facility management sector and be familiar with purchasing procedures, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement activities related to facility management operations.
• Source suppliers, request quotations, and compare prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier details, and purchasing documentation.
• Monitor orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Support cost control and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Previous experience in facility management procurement is required.
• Good knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier coordination, and documentation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Must be currently based in Qatar.

Salary: QAR 5,000 per month.
