Vacancies: 2 Nos. – Junior & Senior Levels
Experience: 4–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare AutoCAD drawings based on site survey requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with surveyors to collect site data and develop accurate polygons.
Prepare Road Opening (RO) application drawings through the QPRO portal.
Prepare Temporary Diversion Plans (TDP) in compliance with Ashghal specifications.
Prepare As-Built drawings based on site completion details and client requirements.
Update approved As-Built drawings in the Kahramaa GIS system.
Maintain proper records of RO drawings, polygons, TDPs, and As-Built drawings.
Ensure drawing accuracy, compliance with project standards, and timely submissions.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Architects.
Mandatory Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting.
Hands-on experience in TDP preparation and RO applications through QPRO.
Knowledge of Ashghal standards and Kahramaa GIS updates.
Immediate availability is essential; candidates with long notice periods will not be considered.
