Job Description

We are hiring experienced Civil Supervisors for an Oil & Gas project in Dukhan, Qatar. Candidates must have relevant Oil & Gas experience and strong skills in civil site supervision, construction, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Coordinate site workers and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.

Job Requirements

• Oil & Gas experience is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in civil supervision.
• Experience in civil construction, maintenance, and repair works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
