Cleanco is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company's daily cleaning and pest control operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, staff scheduling, service quality, client relationships, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily cleaning and pest control operations and ensure all services are delivered efficiently.

- Manage, supervise, and coordinate cleaning and pest control technicians and supervisors.

- Prepare staff schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure adequate staffing at all client locations.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.

- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and promptly address complaints and service requests.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

- Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments regarding manpower requirements, staff issues, and operational expenses.

- Ensure the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, pest control equipment, vehicles, and other operational resources.

- Prepare operational reports, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Qatar labour laws, health and safety requirements, and company policies.

- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve existing services and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning, pest control, facilities management, or manpower services.

- Proven experience managing a large workforce, including field staff and technicians.

- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.

- Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.

- French is an added advantage.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.

- Knowledge of Qatar labour regulations, health and safety standards, and local service operations is an advantage.

- Must be currently based in Qatar and available to join within a reasonable period.
