Q Care Health Services is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to join our Human Resources & Administration team in Qatar!
If you have experience in payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations, we’d love to hear from you.
???? Key Responsibilities
? Process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and leave management
? Manage employment contracts, renewals, and salary increments
? Process end-of-service benefits and leave settlements
? Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
? Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits
???? Qualifications
???? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
???? SHRM or PHR certification is an advantage
???? Experience & Skills
?? 3–5 years of HR experience
?? Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits
?? GCC/Qatar experience preferred
?? Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
?? Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office
?? Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
?? Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality
