MEP Document Controller
Mind Stream is hiring for our client for an MEP Document Controller position managing MEP document registers, technical submissions, revision control, and approval tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update MEP document registers, logs, and tracking sheets.
- Manage receipt, registration, distribution, filing, and archiving of project documents.
- Track submission and approval status of drawings and material submittals.
- Track submission and approval status of method statements and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, QA/QC teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor pending approvals, overdue submissions, and document revisions.
Requirements:
- Document control and revision control skills.
- MEP or construction project document control experience.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Ability to track RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, and material submittals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Lusail, Qatar
Contract duration: 3 Months
