Borderkey Trading & Services W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales & Marketing In-Charge to lead and supervise our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and expand our customer base across Qatar.

Our company specializes in heavy equipment rental, transportation services, and construction raw materials supply, serving contractors, construction companies, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies and monitor individual and team performance.
• Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities.
• Promote company services through regular client and project visits.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Oversee quotations, negotiations, enquiry follow-ups, and order conversion.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree – Minimum qualification.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and team supervision.
• Experience in heavy equipment rental, transportation, or construction materials supply is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Qatar construction market and contractor network.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• English and Hindi – Required; Arabic – Advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving license will be an advantage.
