Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with mandatory brownfield project experience. Candidates with Oil & Gas project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers for timely project completion.
• Monitor civil activities, including concrete works, excavation, masonry, and other related works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, particularly while working in brownfield areas.
• Coordinate civil works with existing facilities and other site activities to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and maintain daily site reports.
• Identify site issues and report progress, delays, and technical concerns to the concerned engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4–5 years as a Civil Supervisor.
• Mandatory: Previous brownfield project experience.
• Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Freelance Visa in Qatar.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
