Company: Al Allam Cleaning Services Location: Qatar Department: Operations Job Summary The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for managing daily cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction across residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff. 2. Assign cleaning tasks and prepare staff duty schedules. 3. Monitor cleaning quality and ensure all tasks meet company standards. 4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. 5. Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct. 6. Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly. 7. Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings, staff allocation, and client requirements. 8. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards. 9. Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and stock requirements. 10. Prepare daily operational reports and report issues to management. 11. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and compliance with health and safety procedures. 12. Support the operations team in improving productivity and customer satisfaction. Requirements - Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar operational role. - Experience managing and supervising cleaning teams. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Ability to organize schedules and manage multiple cleaning sites. - Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. - Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety procedures. - Basic computer and reporting skills. - Valid Qatar driving licence is preferred. - English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Cleaning quality and inspection results. - Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution. - Staff attendance and punctuality. - Productivity and completion of scheduled jobs. - Proper use of cleaning materials and equipment. - Reduction of customer complaints and service rework. Working Conditions The position involves field supervision, visiting residential and commercial cleaning sites, monitoring employees, and coordinating daily operations. The Cleaning Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager / General Manager.
