Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily quality, operational, and hospitality inspections across hospital premises to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Monitor and enforce hygiene, grooming, and dress code standards for frontline support staff.
• Supervise Housekeeping, Porters, Drivers, Laundry, and Transport personnel across all shifts.
• Support and coordinate 24/7 rapid-response operations.
• Ensure operational issues and service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
? Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality Services Management.
? Very good/professional proficiency in English.
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
? Must be willing to work on a shift basis.
? Must be currently residing in Qatar.
