About the Position

GS Group Ltd. is looking for an experienced, confident, and sales-driven Male Beauty Supervisor to oversee and manage the company's Beauty Advisor team across department store counters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and managing all Beauty Advisors, ensuring excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, effective sales performance, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

He must have direct experience working in a department store, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry, with proven ability to lead a team, manage counter operations, and coordinate with department store management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Supervision

• Supervise, guide, and manage all Beauty Advisors across assigned department store counters.
• Monitor individual and team performance, attendance, grooming, and service standards.
• Provide coaching, product knowledge guidance, and sales training to Beauty Advisors.
• Set sales expectations and ensure individual and overall team targets are achieved.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Beauty Advisors when required.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies, brand guidelines, and department store requirements.

Sales & Business Development

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Ensure Beauty Advisors confidently recommend suitable skincare and beauty products.
• Identify opportunities to improve counter performance and customer engagement.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Department Store & Counter Operations

• Coordinate with department store management and relevant personnel.
• Conduct regular visits to department store counters.
• Ensure counters are properly maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, testers, and promotional materials.
• Ensure proper implementation of brand promotions and merchandising standards.
• Address operational issues and customer complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience working in a department store is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a beauty or skincare department store counter is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience supervising, leading, or managing a team of Beauty Advisors.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, skin types, and beauty treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales performance and achieve targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good reporting and organizational abilities.
• Confident, professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
