- Art Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- 10 years of proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and styles, with an emphasis on conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design excellence.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Experience working with clients and managing client relationships is a plus.
