Job Role: HORECA Sales Representative (Hotel and Restaurants)
Role Purpose: Identify new markets and customer leads in HORECA sector.
Working Hours: Official working hours - 8 hours a day (Sat – Thurs). However, working hours tend to be long and irregular, including extra hours during weekends, travel outside the office for sites/projects inspection purpose, to meet existing clients or to develop new business opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives within the HORECA sector.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our HORECA products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to support sales initiatives and meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales within the HORECA sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including knowledge of key players, trends, and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferably a FEMALE candidate.
