• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining service options, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Coordinate service appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs and workshop capacity.
• Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including customer information, service requests, and service history.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize workshop efficiency and uphold quality standards.
