IT Support Engineer required.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with Windows client and server OS environments.
Good understanding of computer, network, storage systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware or similar technologies is a plus.
Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard.
Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding’s.
Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops.
History of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical documentation skills.
Shall have knowledge and familiarity of action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure

Candidate with Qatari Driving License and vehicle is preferred.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
Professional Certification such as MCSA, MCSE and CCNA is preferred.
Fluent in English speaking is a must. Good at communication and presentation
