JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify and target potential business opportunities
Establish and maintain successful relationship with customers
Proven track record in previous company. Must have existing client connection
Sales and business development activities to the top fit-out and architecture consultants
Track projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and / or contractor
Utilize an existing network and contacts to generate enquiries as well as opportunities for proposals and tenders.
Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.
Responsible for managing the full sales and marketing process for the business
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering , or any related engineering field
Minimum 5 years of experience in working/selling within the Scaffolding Construction Industry
Good experience in all aspects of scaffolding and scaffolding solutions
Has good understanding of scaffolding businesses in relation to their internal operations and pricing structures
Solid understanding of system applications and how they hold advantages over traditional scaffolding methods
Ability to understand customers’ needs and have a strong understanding of scaffolding application solutions
Experience in scaffolding estimating
Ability to sell within a premium brand and position our brand within market
Must have existing client base in the Qatar
Must have valid Qatar Driving License, preferably with own car
Must have a proven sales track record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
