Valid driver's license: Essential for operating company vehicles safely. Knowledge of local roads: Ability to navigate efficiently to various job sites. Basic mechanical skills: Familiarity with AC systems to assist maintenance technicians. Physical fitness: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment as needed. Time management: Able to adhere to schedules and deadlines for service calls. Communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Problem-solving abilities: Capacity to troubleshoot minor issues on-site. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in recording job details and vehicle maintenance.
